# 跑鞋紀錄

### 步驟一：更新 App

請先將您的 App 更新至最新版本

### 步驟二： App 中找到新增位置

打開 Stryd App   >    右上角設定（Settings）符號   >    鞋子（Shoes）

### 步驟三：新增跑鞋

按下右上角的「＋」

自行選擇鞋子的品牌及型號

![如果找不你要的鞋，點擊頁面底部的“其他品牌”自行新增](/files/-M8JCx0lvS4ka-TEJvWX)

選擇好品牌及型號後，請參照以下設定為此雙跑鞋設定\
詳細填寫型號（1）>  選擇鞋子尺寸（2）>  按下一步 Next（3）\
填寫此雙鞋已經跑的公里（4）>  此雙鞋的目標公里數（5）> 按下一步 Next（6）\
幫你的跑鞋命名（7）> 是否設定為默認跑鞋（8） > 按儲存 Save（9）

### 步驟四：將跑鞋加入跑步紀錄

單筆跑步紀錄頁面，旁邊會有一個標籤的符號，點進去後在「Shoe」就可以將此筆紀錄的里程加到跑鞋中啦！
