## **Garmin 手錶**

1. 進入設定
2. 傳感器和配件 --> FP-xxxxx 在手錶上設置校準係數。

向下滾動以確保 Garmin 「總是使用」與 Stryd 的速度和距離。向下滾動到校準因子。輸入上面計算的數字。

## **Coros 手錶**

* 系統 > 配件 > 添加列表 > Stryd。

檢查距離設置以確保 Coros 與 Stryd 保持步調和距離。選擇校準因子以輸入您計算的校準因子。
