# 排除紀錄分析

如果這次跑步只是陪朋友跑，或是您覺得可能有點不準確，可以依照下列方式排除本筆紀錄加入到您的分析中。

1. 打開 Stryd App ，選擇下方中間「日曆（Calendar ）」
2. 選擇想要排除分析的紀錄
3. 打開後，點選右上角「···」
4. 選擇「查看細節（View Details）」 
5. 最下面有一個 「將本紀錄納入分析（Include Run in Analysis）」\
   預設為開啟（綠色），如果要排除分析，請關閉。（灰色）
