# 下雨天可以使用嗎？

Apple Watch 和 Stryd 都防水，可以在雨中使用。\

由於 Apple Watch 的 Stryd APP 都需要使用螢幕觸控控制功能，因此您在完成跑步時需要小心。一旦您結束訓練（這需要點擊“結束”按鈕），請務必擦乾您的手錶以完全控制，以便您可以正確保存您的跑步。

如果您不小心放棄了 Apple Watch 上的跑步，請注意您仍然可以使用 iPhone 上的 APP 從 Stryd 導入數據（離線同步）。
