# COROS
## 如何讓 COROS 手錶同步更新您的臨界功率(CP)？
您的 COROS 手錶可以從您的 Stryd 中自動同步您的 CP，以便您隨時掌握功率狀態。
如果您希望您的 COROS 手錶從 Stryd 同步臨界功率，則只需將您的 Stryd 帳戶連接到您的 COROS 帳戶即可。

1. 打開 Stryd App
2. 找到右上角齒輪符號
3. 選擇「Set up Watch 」
4. 點選 COROS 並按照步驟完成。
如何確認完成連線？
1. 打開 Stryd App
2. 找到右上角齒輪符號
3. 選擇「Connected Accounts 」
4. 點選 「COROS」
5. 如果已經顯示綠色開啟（Import Activities From)，表示有成功同步。

2. 點選左下角「設定」齒輪
3. 在「Import From」找到 「 COROS」
4. 轉跳到 COROS 登入頁面，請登入您的 COROS
5. 完成後畫面會跳回 Power Center 表示完成

## 第一步： COROS 手錶與 Stryd 配對
1. 打開手錶
2. 找到「設置」並按入
3. 選擇「配件」
4. 選擇「新增ANT+」 ( **COROS Vertix 、Pace3 請用藍芽連線）**
5. 將您的 Stryd 放到旁邊讓手錶搜尋
6. 搜尋到後請按入（下面數字每一個Stryd都不同）
7. 新增按下 「確定」
## 第二步：將 Stryd 功率，添加到跑步時的畫面：
您需要將跑步功率添加到 COROS 手錶螢幕，以便能夠在跑步時看到 Stryd 功率，並確保手錶記錄所有 Stryd 數據。
COROS 可以顯示實時、（跑步功率）、平均、單圈平均、3秒平均、10秒平均、30秒平均。您可以擁有任意數量的功率數據字段，並且可以將功率與 COROS 提供的任何其他指標結合起來。
您需要使用 COROS App 更改 COROS 手錶上的數據。
1. 打開 COROS APP
2. 選擇設備頁面
3. 選擇「運動設置」
4. 選擇「跑步」（如果要使用其他跑步，也請重新添加）
5. 選擇「運動介面」
6. 選擇更改指標
7. 增加跑步功率
## **第三步：使用 Stryd 的距離（選用）：**
1. 找到「設置」並按入
2. 選擇「配件」
3. 選擇「已新增列表」找到你的 Stryd
4. 選擇「距離設置」
5. 選擇「使用 STRYD 距離」
