# Stryd 數據與 AW、Garmin 和 Coros 手錶數據進行比較

離線同步無法選擇您要上傳哪些紀錄，所以會一次上傳全部（已經上傳過的就不會再次上傳）。建議可以創立一個新的帳號來進行離線同步，避免數據重複。

1. Stryd 離線紀錄的開始與結束時間會與手錶不同，因為 Stryd 不受手錶控制，所以 Stryd 上傳的數據看起來會跟手錶的紀錄不一樣。
2. 在電腦瀏覽器打開 stryd.com/powercenter \
   請將兩個帳號分別使用不圖帳號的瀏覽器打開（或是使用隱私模式）\

   第一個視窗：打開您平常使用的 PowerStryd 且打開想要比較的數據。 \
   第二個視窗（使用隱私模式，才可登入第二個帳號）：打開 Stryd 離線同步的紀錄
3. 由於 Stryd 離線同步的數據與手錶的正確計時開始的時間不同，請手動選擇調整離線同步開始與結束的時間。要確保跑步的時間幾乎相同，且開始及結束在同一個點上。
