# 跑步功率 (Running Power)

Stryd 透過追蹤跑者的腳部運動，記錄加速度、衝擊力與施加的力。根據這些數據，我們計算出跑步功率，並提供其他常見的跑步指標，例如距離、配速、步頻、觸地時間、垂直振幅等。
