# 如何使用 AW Stryd App ?

開方式跑步 Open Run(日常跑步）

開放式跑步（Open Run）是一種不以功率為基礎的結構化跑步。這是與 Stryd 訓練計劃或 Stryd 訓練無關的任何跑步。&#x20;

1. 在 Apple Watch 上開啟 Stryd APP&#x20;
2. 選擇您想要使用的跑步模式 ，分別是跑步Run、越野跑Trail Run、跑步機跑Treadmill Run、室內跑 Indoor Run、田徑跑 Track Run&#x20;
3. 選擇開始開放跑步或自訂跑步  \
   「開始開放運行Start Open Run」 將僅記錄您的活動 \
   &#x20;「建置自訂運行Build Custom Run」 將可以為跑步添加功率目標&#x20;
4. 接下來，您就可以開始跑步
