# 功率區間(Power Zones)

Stryd 的功率區間是指不同的功率範圍（標準取決於你的臨界功率），可在進行功率訓練時提供不同區間，可以讓您大致了解哪種訓練屬於某個功率範圍，你跑的次數越多功率區間就會越準確。功率區分為五個範圍：

如何使用 Zone1 的範例：

CP 值為 252 瓦的跑者 - \
Zone1 範圍為164-202W。跑步當下可能約為 190 W +/- 5 W，接近 Zone1 頂部，而恢復跑可能會在Zone1 的底層約 170 W +/- 5W 進行。&#x20;

在使用 Stryd 進行訓練時，透過 Power Zone 了解各個區間強度定義，可使訓練更加上手。
