# 手機無法連接到 Stryd。我還可以進行硬重置嗎？

您需要用手機 Stryd APP 才可以硬重置。如果您的手機無法連接，則無法輸入命令。

解決方法是完全耗盡 Stryd 的電池電量。\
如果您的手錶仍然可以連接到 Stryd，請將手錶充滿電並開始記錄跑步。這將使 Stryd 進入運行模式（如果您有 Garmin 手錶），電池將在最多 24 小時內耗盡。一旦電池完全耗盡，Stryd 將在放在充電器上時進行硬重置。

充滿電後 Stryd 將會自動硬重置。
