# 如何讓 Apple Watch 在訓練期間使用更長時間？

有兩種方法可以通過 Stryd 延長 Apple Watch 的電池用量。

1. 關閉 GPS 路徑（從手錶 APP 的開始畫面可設定）
2. 預設情況，心率會在訓練期間始終開啟。這對電池消耗影響很大。\
   如要關閉此功能，請轉到手錶上的 Settings -> General -> Workout on your watch and enable Power Saving Mode

如果您的 Apple Watch 在跑步過程中關機了，您仍然可以保存數據。 \
當您再次打開 Apple Watch APP（並且您靠近手機）時，跑步數據將發送到您的手機。為確紀錄上傳到 PowerCenter，您需要打開 Stryd iPhone APP。
