# Polar

1. 從手錶的主時鐘螢幕開始
2. 按左下角按鈕開啟選項選單
3. 捲動手錶上的選單，選擇「設定 Settings」 > 「一般設定 General Settings 」> 「配對和同步 Pair and Sync」
4. 如果您是現有的 Stryd 用戶，請在「Paired Devices menu 」選單並刪除 Stryd 的所有現有配對，然後再配對 Stryd Duo。
5. 選擇「配對感測器或其他設備」
6. 在手錶搜尋時移動 Stryd Duo

* 請勿連接到兩個可用的 StrydX 感測器。您只需與一個 StrydX 感測器配對即可收集 Stryd Duo 指標。

注意：目前不支援 Duo 紀錄直接同步，需使用離線同步才能看到 Duo 數據。
