# Final Surge

1. 在電腦上打開您的 Final Surge 帳號，並按下下圖圖示按鈕（Bate mode)<br>

2\. 打開主頁面後，選擇螢幕最右邊最上方的圖示（如下圖）

3\. 打開了訓練課表頁面，請按最下方「**Add Library Workout**」

4\. 自訂跑步課表的名稱，按下儲存旁邊的箭頭。

5\. 選擇「**Save and Open Workout Builder」**

6\. 選擇「功率（power)」為訓練基準。

7\. 您可以根據自己的課表內容製作課表。對於每個細分，請選擇 **+目標功率（+ Power Target）**

8\. 按下+目標功率後，您可以自行加入功率最小及最大值。

9\. 完成所有本次課表後，記得儲存（Save)。

10\. 儲存後會回到日曆頁面，從右邊拉到您想要的日期。
