## 我可以暫停我的會籍嗎？ <a href="#can-i-freeze-my-stryd-membership" id="can-i-freeze-my-stryd-membership"></a>

Stryd 會員資格為無法暫停、延遲啟用或暫停某月續訂。\
您購買時就已經了解到是必須按正常計劃的付款週期進行，直到會員資格被取消或週期結束為止。

## 我可以選擇我要使用某些功能而減少付費呢？

Stryd 目前僅提供一種付費會籍。我們不會在 Stryd 會員資格之外單獨的價格提供任何個人功能。

當您使用 iOS 或 Android Stryd App 升級 Stryd 會員資格時，您的訂閱和付款是由相應的系統進行管理。Stryd 無法更改您的付款時間，因此無法退款。\

第一次升級週期結束後，Stryd 的會員服務會自動續約。\

**每月續約**\
Stryd 會員資格將從會員資格起始日期開始的每個月的同一天進行計費（如果會員升級是 5 月 6 日開始，則續訂費用將在每月的 6 號扣款，如果遇到週末則會延期至上班日扣款）

**4 個月和一年的會員資格 條款**\
如果您4個月 或 1年會員即將到期，您的訂閱將自動續訂您註冊時首次選擇的方案。如果您的 4 個月會籍已要到期，那麼您的會員資格到期之日將自動扣款，並將您的會員資格再延長 4 個月。\

## 取消會員資格、退款

**每月續約**\
每月續約未達到預定扣款日前都可以隨時取消。\
如果您選擇取消您的 Stryd 會員資格，則自動扣款將停止。\
Stryd 會員資格功能將一直可至計費周期結束。\
\
您可以在付款後的 14天內要求退款，Stryd會員資格功能將立即暫停。

**時效性優惠、季會員（4個月）及年度會員資格**\
這些會員資格選項將全額支付，如果在購買後 30 天內提出取消要求，則將全額退款。\
這些會員資格的每個帳戶只能退款一次。如果以後以同一帳戶再次購買 4 個月或 1年會員資格者，則無法給予退款。**時效性優惠**，如果取消，則不能再次購買。

如果在 6 個月的免費預覽期間購買了**時效性優惠**，然後在 30 天內取消了該交易，則該帳戶將立即恢復為 6個月的預覽訪問權限，直到首次跑步上傳後的 6 個月。然後，除非再次升級了 Stryd 會員資格，否則該帳戶將恢復為「僅觀看數據」的權限。

**初始會員期（購買 Stryd 贈送的六個月）**\
