# 如何刪除、取消訓練計畫？

1. 打開 Stryd App，並按右上角「設定（Settings)」圖示
2. 選擇「訓練計畫 （Training Plans)」
3. 選擇要刪除的訓練計畫「往左滑 」
4. 選擇「刪除（Delete)」<br>
