### 如何將環境調整功率添加到訓練畫面選項中？

1. 在 Apple Watch 上打開 Stryd 
2.  Stryd 中的「Settings 設定」
3. 選擇「Run Profiles」然後編輯
4. 點擊「Primary Metric」
5. 點擊「E. Adjusted Power」，然後選擇實時、3 秒、5 秒、10 秒、30 秒、圈數和整體平均值
