# 配對時遇到問題

當您的 Apple Watch 出現任何問題時，最好嘗試在您的 Apple Watch 上重新安裝該 APP。

1\. 重新啟動您的 iPhone 和 Apple Watch。\
2\. 從 Apple Watch 移除 Stryd APP（將 Stryd APP 安裝在您的手機上）\
3\. 從 Apple Store 安裝 Stryd APP 到您的手錶上\
4\. 打開手機上的 Stryd APP 並選擇 > settings > set up watch> apple watch 共享藍牙。

\*\**注意：如果您還沒有 Stryd，您將無法使用 Stryd Apple Watch APP。*
