# TrainingPeaks

1. 在電腦上打開您的 TrainingPeaks 帳號，並在日其中按下+

6\. 紅色框框為 FTP 百分比，如果您的 FTP 跟 CP 不同，請以瓦數為準唷！

7\. 如果您不確定您的暖身要暖身多久，可以開啟此按鈕，這樣只要您按下 Lap ，暖身便結束！

8.最後，您設定完您的課表，就可以按下儲存囉！
