# 如何從其他平台匯入訓練計畫？

Training Peaks and Final Surge

1. 打開 Stryd App，並按到右上角「設定（Settings)」符號
2. 選擇「帳戶連接（Connected Accounts）」
3. 選擇你要從哪一個平台匯入訓練計畫。

當你完成同步，你就可以在日曆（Calendar)中看到你的計畫！\
App 及 PowerCenter 皆可以看見唷！<br>
